Join us for Little Sheep Chinese Summer Camp 2026. We have two action-packed weeks of fun. Campers will enjoy a unique opportunity to learn Chinese, Swahili and camp-related activities in small classroom sizes. There are ten slots per week, no experience required. The week of June 15th is for K-2nd grade students, and the week of June 29th is for students 3rd grade and up. Please enroll by May 31st, 2026. Do you have a high schooler who’s fluent in Chinese? Our Counselors in Training get half off camp tuition. We admit one counselor per week or as needed.
Regular Camp Hours: 9am to 3pm at 2735 MacArthur Boulevard, Oakland, CA, 94602, *Thursdays, 10am to 4pm at Field Trip Location*
Extended Before Care: 8am-9am, Extended After Care: 3pm-5pm *No Extended Care on Thursdays*
Little Sheep Artists 小羊艺术家, June 15th- June 18th
This week is for K-2nd graders. Our campers will get their creative wheels spinning as they embark on a journey through art. For our field trip, we will visit the Gallery of California Art at the Oakland Museum of California. All classes are taught in Mandarin with a Swahili lesson in the afternoons.
$360/ week, $45 before care, $90 after care, $25 materials fee
Little Sheep Directors, 小羊导演, June 29th- July 3rd
This week is for students 3rd grade and up. Campers will learn how to make a short movie from script to filming, while learning about different filmmakers in the Chinese and African diaspora. On Thursday, campers will visit the Berkeley Art Museum and Pacific Film Archive. All classes are taught in Mandarin with a Swahili lesson in the afternoons.
$450/ week, $60 before care, $120 after care, $25 materials fee
Refund Policy:
- Full refund before March 1st minus a $50 administration fee
- 70% refund before March 15th
- 50% refund before April 1st
- No refunds after April 1st
- We do not offer a refund/credit for unattended classes
